1.合作导师简介：张哲，博士，浙江大学特聘副研究员，博士生导师。主持国家自然科学基金3项（面上项目+青年项目）、国家农业重大科技项目课题1项、国家重点研发计划子课题 1 项、浙江省自然科学基金重点项目1项。

3.岗位职责：独立开展上述方向的科学研究工作，协助指导研究生，参与课题组科研项目及基金申请。
4.申请条件
（1）35周岁以下，近年内获得博士学位，品学兼优；能全职来校工作。
（2）具有遗传育种、统计遗传学、生物信息学等相关专业背景，较强的科研能力，已在重要学术期刊以第一作者发表SCI论文。
（3）具有良好的英文阅读和写作能力，能够独立完成英文论文撰写。

Supervisor
Zhe Zhang, Ph.D., is a Tenure-Track Associate Research Fellow and doctoral supervisor at Zhejiang University. He has led three projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (General Program and Young Scientists Fund), one project under a major national agricultural science and technology program, one subproject under the National Key Research and Development Program of China, and one key project funded by the Natural Science Foundation of Zhejiang Province. Responsibilities
Responsibilities include conducting independent research in the above areas, assisting in the supervision of graduate students, and contributing to the group’s research projects and grant applications.
Qualifications
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
1. Applicants should be under 35 years of age, have obtained a Ph.D. in recent years, demonstrate strong academic performance and good character, and be available to work full-time at Zhejiang University.
2. Applicants should have a background in genetics and breeding, statistical genetics, bioinformatics, or a related discipline, demonstrate strong research capabilities, and have published at least one first-author paper in a leading SCI-indexed journal.
3. Applicants should have strong English reading and academic writing skills and be able to prepare research manuscripts in English independently.
4. Preference will be given to applicants who are responsible, proactive, and honest, with strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

Application Materials and Selection Process
Applicants should submit the following materials:
1.Curriculum Vitae (CV), including educational background, research experience, academic achievements, English proficiency, and brief personal information.
2.Supporting documents demonstrating research competence and academic excellence, such as published papers, recommendation letters, records of research projects, and awards or honors.
3.A brief statement of research interests and future plans (no more than 500 words) outlining the applicant’s intended research goals during the postdoctoral appointment.

Final selection and appointment will proceed in accordance with Zhejiang University’s postdoctoral admission and approval procedures, upon agreement by the supervisor and the College of Animal Sciences.
