主要成就
缪云根(1958.3-)教授,博士生导师。浙江浦江人。1981年12月毕业于浙江农业大学,留校任教。1988年6月获博士学位。现任浙江大学蚕蜂科学研究所副所长,浙江大学国家985工程“农业与环境科技创新平台”、农业部动物疫病病原学与免疫控制重点开放实验室学术骨干(PI),联合国粮农组织(FAO)咨询专家。主要从事特种经济动物学专业昆虫(蚕)生理生化学、昆虫蛋白质组学、分子生物学、动物资源学和比较分子生物学领域的教学和科学研究。主持或参加国家“973”计划项目、国家“863”项目、国家转基因专项、国家自然科学基金、教育部博士学科点基金、国家科技攻关项目、浙江省重大科技专项及重点项目等科研项目20多项。从事昆虫内分泌对家蚕丝物质合成与调控的分子生物学及丝腺DNA特异性基因转录和翻译的调控机制,以及丝素蛋白基因的结构和功能研究。构建了新型高效家蚕重组病毒表达载体及相关技术,为建立家蚕生物反应器技术平台,表达生产具有重要应用价值的药物蛋白、工程疫苗等奠定了基础。从事转基因动物(包括家蚕)及shRNA干扰技术和应用研究。研究了CRISPR/Cas9介导的家蚕基因定点突变;家蚕丝腺退化和凋亡的程序性细胞信号通路等。已发表学术论文140余篇, 其中SCI论文60余篇。获省科技进步奖和省厅科技进步奖等4项。已授权相关国家发明专利5项,专利申请13项。主讲《动物资源学》、《家蚕生物学》、《比较分子生物学》等课程,主编出版《蚕桑学实验指导》,副主编出版《蚕体解剖生理学》,自编教材《综合蚕丝学》、《家蚕生物学》、《家蚕生物学与生物技术实验手册》。已培养博士13名、硕士14名、留学生9名。
