李肖梁课题组(招聘2-3名

1.合作导师简介:李肖梁,现任浙江大学新农村发展研究院副院长,浙江省畜牧兽医学会副理事长,浙江省科技创新领军人才,多类项目、人才和奖项评审专家。主要从事动物病毒感染与免疫、动物疫病防控等领域研究。承担国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、浙江省重点研发计划等国家及省部级和地方合作项目(课题)20 余项;发表论文 100 余篇,其中 SCI 论文 70 余篇;获兽用生物制品临床试验批件 4 件,授权专利 15 件,获国家和省部级奖励 7 项。导师主页:https://person.zju.edu.cn/0093249

博士后工作与生活待遇

薪酬待遇】一人一议。薪资由学校+导师津贴两部分组成,具体根据浙江大学博士后管理规定、应聘人科研基础等决定,业绩优秀者额外发放科研奖励。

科研平台课题组负责保障开展研究工作充足经费及实验条件。鼓励国内外相关学术交流;指导申请国家级、省级博士后或相关科研基金项目;协助发表高水平论文,拓展学术网络与职业发展路径。

职业发展入校后确定为助理研究员;符合条件者推荐申报国家级青年人才计划(项目);进站工作满2年可申请高级职称资格;出站可优先申请学校专职研究员岗位。 

在站时间】在站时间根据研究项目需要在2~4年内灵活确定。

Li Xiaoliang's Research Group (Recruiting 2-3 Postdoctoral Fellows)

1.Supervisor Profile:Li Xiaoliang, currently serves as Associate Dean of the New Rural Development Academy at Zhejiang University, Vice Chairman of the Zhejiang Provincial Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine, and is a Leading Talents in Technological Innovation of Zhejiang Province. He also serves as a review expert for various projects, talent programs, and awards. His research primarily focuses on animal virus infection and immunity, and the prevention and control of animal diseases. He has undertaken over 20 national, ministerial, provincial, and local collaborative projects (or sub-projects), including those from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Key R&D Program of China, and the Zhejiang Provincial Key R&D Program. He has published over 100 papers, including more than 70 SCI-indexed papers. He has obtained 4 clinical trial approvals for veterinary biologics, 15 authorized patents, and received 7 national and provincial/ministerial level awards.

2.Research Directions:Animal pathogen biology, cell biology, bioinformatics, or related fields.

3.Application Requirements

(1)Meet the relevant postdoctoral management regulations of Zhejiang University; must work full-time on postdoctoral research.

(2)Hold a relevant professional background in cell biology, bioinformatics, microbiology, or related disciplines.

(3)Have a strong interest in scientific research, be proactive and innovative, and possess good teamwork spirit.

(4)Have strong English reading and writing skills, good professional competence, and have published relevant academic papers.

Postdoctoral Benefits and Working Conditions

Remuneration: Salary will be provided in accordance with Zhejiang University’s postdoctoral regulations and the candidate’s research background. Additional performance-based research bonuses are available.

Housing & Benefits: Postdoctoral researchers are eligible to rent fully-equipped faculty apartments on campus. The University will arrange pension, medical, and other social insurance contributions.

Research Platform: The research group ensures ample funding and experimental support to facilitate high-quality research.

Career Development: Upon joining, postdocs will be appointed as Assistant Research Fellows. Outstanding researchers will be recommended to apply for national-level young talent programs.

Appointment Period: The appointment is flexible, generally ranging from 2 to 4 years, depending on research progress and project needs.
