为深化暑期学校暨全球暑期创新实践项目实践教学环节，增进海外学员对中国动物保健行业的直观认识，7月22日上午，实践团赴诗华动保科技（杭州）有限公司开展首站企业参访交流活动。本次参访由金玉兰老师带队，实践团一行深入国际头部动物保健企业生产一线，实地调研其全产业链运营模式。
抵达位于钱塘区的厂区后，诗华中国工业总监&杭州工厂总经理李宝臣、诗华中国质量总监邢晓夏等接待了到访师生。在技术骨干王斌、张婧的引导下，师生共同进入疫苗标准化生产车间，依次观摩菌毒种培养、制剂加工、成品质检及无菌包装等完整生产流程。车间严格执行分级生物安全管控，并配备自动化在线检测系统，使师生直观感受到生物制品行业对质量控制的严苛要求。
实地参观结束后，李宝臣围绕企业发展历程、全球业务布局、核心产品及质量管理体系作专题讲解，并结合自身从业经验，勉励青年学子在校期间积极参与生产实践，提前建立对工业化生产逻辑的系统认知。在交流互动环节，中外学员围绕参观所见踊跃提问，就研发转化、生产工艺、质量体系等话题与企业方深入探讨。通过问答交流，学员对动保行业“研发—转化—生产—质控—上市”完整链条形成更为具象的理解。多位海外学员表示，实地参访使其清晰地了解了动物疫苗从实验室研发到规模化量产再到全球市场投放的全过程，增进了对中国动保行业技术创新与产业现代化水平的直观认识。
本次参访是暑期学校实践教学体系的重要环节，旨在促进中外学员在产业场景中深化专业认知，推动学术研究与行业实践有机衔接。面向海外学员，活动搭建了近距离观察中国动物保健产业发展的窗口，有效增进了国际青年对中国农业科技与产业现代化水平的直观认识。此次实践充分展现了学院在推进国际化人才培养中坚持产教融合、知行合一的育人导向，学院将持续依托暑期项目平台，拓展国际产学研交流渠道，为拓展国际影响力、讲好中国农业农村现代化故事贡献动科力量。（图/刘志、张浩宇 文/张浩宇、邹敏瑶 编辑/赵珈禾 初审/单体中 终审/任思丹）
