迄今发表SCI收录论文46篇,包括发表在mBio,Journal of Virology,Virology等病毒学领域一流期刊;总引用470余次(根据ISI数据库),H因子13;其中第一作者论文14篇(含通讯作者1篇),包括应邀在Virus Research上撰写猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)疫苗研发展望的综述文章。申报美国及欧亚拉美多国猪病毒疫苗相关专利3项,已授权1项;中国授权鸡病毒疫苗专利两项。获浙江省人民政府科技进步一等奖2次(分别排名第2和第3)。Virology & Mycology编委(Editorial Board Member) 。

从事人兽共患病毒、新生病毒和猪重要致病性病毒的基础与应用研究,主要包括人、猪和鸡戊型肝炎病毒(HEV),猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV),猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV),人、猪细环病毒(TTSuV),猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2),猪树突状细胞生物学以及猪病毒新型疫苗的研发。目前研究重点为PEDV和人HEV。
