Founded in 2008, COLOSS is a global scientific network of over 2,000 members from 120 countries. During the conference, Professor Zheng Huoqing updated the assembly on the preparations for the 4th International Symposium on Asian Honeybee Health. In the subsequent executive elections, Professor Zheng was re-elected to the Executive Board and appointed as Vice President of the organization.

Apimondia is the world’s oldest and most influential international apiculture event. The 2025 Congress attracted over 8,000 representatives from 140 countries.
